Here is the childhood story that inspired this track. I hope you enjoy!

She didn’t know her great grandmother very well. The little things she did know were things that weren’t important. Or maybe they were important. She was too young to tell. She remembered her laugh, the way she was self-conscience to smile because she had false teeth, the way she pronounced her name wrong because she didn’t speak english very well. Her mother told her she used to be a dignified woman full of life and love and happiness. Her mother told her that she used to love to dance. The little girl could see those things in her great grandmother, even if it was only a glimmer at times.
The hospital corridor was dark, cold, quiet. She was told that this was the last time she was going to get to talk to her great grandmother. She went in alone and said goodbye to her sleeping relative. Her grandmother’s soul slipped away into nothingness as the little girl walking back into the dark hallway. She was one hundred and three. One of the oldest people in her entire community at the time. She remembered that was a big deal but didn't truly understand why. She was young a full of life and could definitely imagine herself living that long or even longer.
A few days later, after her great grandmother was put to rest. She saw her again in the hallway of their home. She could smell that old, musty smell her grandmother had had. It lingered near her like a thick puff of cigar smoke. She saw her silhouette dancing a sort of waltz in the dark hallway. She was smiling and she was free. And in a moment, she was gone...
